We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, and company when you create an account or contact us — and information collected automatically, including usage data, device information, and voice/audio content you submit for processing. Generation prompts and outputs are stored only as needed to provide the service and are associated with your account.
We use your information to provide and improve the Sunesis Labs platform, process payments, communicate with you about your account, secure and monitor our services, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal information. We do not train our foundation models on customer-submitted content without your explicit, written consent.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Generation history is retained according to your plan's settings and may be deleted at any time from your dashboard.
We share data only with vetted subprocessors that support our infrastructure (cloud hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics). A current list of subprocessors is available on request. All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements and held to standards equivalent to our own.
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights from your dashboard settings or by contacting privacy@sunesislabs.com. EU residents may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
We use TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, with automatic key rotation, role-based access control, and annual third-party penetration testing. See our Security page for details and certifications including SOC 2 Type II.
As a remote-first company with global infrastructure, your data may be processed in regions outside your country of residence. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
