By creating an account or using the Sunesis Labs platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that violates the rights of others — including cloning a voice without the speaker's consent. Voice cloning requires the legal right to use the source voice. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Credits power every generation; text-to-speech costs 1 credit per character. Unused paid credits roll over for up to two months. Free-tier credits do not roll over. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of content you submit. On paid plans, you are granted a commercial license to the outputs you generate. On the Free plan, outputs are licensed for personal and testing use only. You are responsible for the content you generate and its compliance with applicable laws.
We target 99.99% uptime on Enterprise plans (with a corresponding SLA and service credits) and best-effort availability on other tiers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; your data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunesis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sunesis Labs, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
